Working with Thomas and crew was a true blessing. We were struggling with our insurance company for 6 months and finally started preparing our house out of pocket. The insurance company adjuster was a jerk and very condescending. I have a PhD so I think I am relatively smart and have problem solving skills. Obviously NOT when it comes to insurance companies. Thomas drove by my house one day and my whole life changed. One month later, I had a new roof, he dealt with the adjuster and I was stress free. Thomas was truly a GOD send! He is honest and has integrity, which is a lot more than i can say for my insurance company!!

After being told no by my insurance company over a 2 year period using 3 different contractors, Thomas came in and worked with my insurance company convincing them that I did in fact need my roof replaced. His attention to detail and pleasant manner made Thomas a joy to work with when he started the job. My roof looks wonderful! You can’t tell he and his crew were ever there! I would highly recommend Crusader Roofing for any roof related job!

Tom did a great job answering all of my questions, and explaining the whole process to me. From the first time I contacted him until after they completed the roof he was available for questions and always responded quickly. The work they did exceeded my expectations and quality was shown each step of the way. Any changes that appeared during the job he explained clearly even with pictures. It was awesome he was so knowledgeable especially dealing with the insurance company. His expertise made the whole process easier and less stressful for me.

Tom Batchelor went above and beyond to help us with the process of getting our roof repaired from hail and wind damage. He was available for any questions and very knowledgeable about what we could expect from the entire process. He was very professional and didn't ask for any money upfront. His work team that did the repairs were fast and competent. They did an excellent job! If you need a new roof, I strongly suggest you use Crusader Roofing . We had significant hail damage to our roof, siding, shed and Windows. What stood out about Crusader Roofing was the owner. Thomas explained the process, gave us a date and required no upfront money. The guys showed up exactly when Thomas said they would. They used the products he said they would. They cleaned up exactly like he said they would and were courteous while here. It is rare to find a company that does everything they say they will do. I highly recommend Crusader Roofing
I live out of town and my rental home in Hope Mills, NC needed to be replaced. I was referred to Crusaders Roofing by a neighbor of a friend. Tom was very professional from the start. He kept in touch throughout the process. He emailed digital pictures starting with the time the shingles arrived in the driveway and throughout the installation. And he didn't ask for any money up front. Professional business all the way.
